 How it works

• Spec new builds or custom homes from the beach to the mountains + beyond!
• Large-scale renovations with a minimum budget of $400,000 within the state of California
• Interior furnishing projects of at least 3 spaces, with a minimum budget of $75,000

For projects that require travel, we are accepting custom or spec new builds and large-scale interior furnishings projects.  Travel fees will apply.
