HOW ARE ITEMS SHIPPED?

Your item will either ship by Truckload Freight with a third party carrier or Ground with FedEx.

TRUCKLOAD FREIGHT SHIPPING

For items that ship by Truckload Freight, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 8-10 calendar days. The freight provider may contact you by phone to schedule delivery. It is important that the freight company can easily contact you, as missing the delivery window and having to reschedule delivery may result in additional fees. If you are unreachable by the freight provider or our team, your order may risk cancellation.

GROUND SHIPPING

For items that ship Ground, the transit time for delivery can be expected to take 5-7 calendar days.

We are only able to ship our Online Exclusives within the contiguous United States. We are unable to offer international shipping or deliver outside of this region at this time. WHAT IF

MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact a member of our team. All damages or defects must be reported immediately for claim filing purposes. It is required to provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label in addition to a detailed description of the problem in order to file a claim with our vendors. DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. If applicable, you will receive a tracking number along with the shipment notification. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's platform.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND DELIVERY?

A shipping address may be modified if presented right away within 24 hours of placing an order for an in-stock item. An address may be modified for a backordered item, depending on its timeline. Please inquire with a member of our team for further assistance. Please note that any last-minute address changes are unable to be accommodated. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders for a backordered item may be cancelled so long as the item has not already begun processing.
